This year, in collaboration with the Kukun Supper Club, Chef @manuel_emd and his team will be taking you on a culinary adventure exploring authentic Ghanaian cuisine in a unique and immersive way in celebration of local and seasonal foods as a way of promoting sustainability.

We will be telling stories with a three course dinner inspired by Ghana, coupled with music celebrating the ghanaian culture and culinary heritage on a plate.
